What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your browser across requests and sessions. Flowtriq uses cookies for authentication, security, and limited analytics purposes.
Cookies fall into three categories used on this site:
Functional — Enable optional features such as live chat. These activate only when you interact with the relevant feature.
Analytics — Help us understand how the site is used at an aggregate level.

What We Do Not Do
Flowtriq does not:
- Sell cookie data or tracking profiles to third parties.
- Use fingerprinting as a substitute for cookies.
We do use advertising conversion pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads) to measure campaign effectiveness. These pixels may enable the respective platforms to show you targeted ads based on your visit to Flowtriq. You can opt out of this targeting through each platform's ad preferences or by using browser privacy tools.
Managing Cookies
You can manage, disable, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies (PHPSESSID, Cloudflare) will prevent the dashboard and security features from functioning correctly. Functional and analytics cookies can be disabled without affecting core site access.

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
Google Analytics: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Microsoft Clarity: Disable cookies from clarity.ms in your browser settings.
Meta (Facebook): Adjust your Facebook Ad Preferences.
LinkedIn: Adjust your LinkedIn Advertising Preferences.
Reddit: Adjust your Reddit Privacy Settings.
Apollo.io: Visit apollo.io/privacy-policy or block the Apollo tracker domain (assets.apollo.io).
Alternatively, use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin to block all third-party tracking scripts.
