What's included on every plan?
Everything. Detection, mitigation, dashboard, API, alerting, PCAP, unlimited support, unlimited users. No feature gates between any plan.
Is there an activation fee?
No. Never. No setup fees either.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major cryptocurrencies.
What's the free trial?
7 days, full functionality, no credit card required.
Can I use both agents and flow sources?
Yes. The agent plan includes basic flow ingestion (1 source, 1 dst IP). For more flow sources, add flow source pricing on top. They work together for kernel-level speed plus network-wide visibility.
How is a flow source counted?
One router or switch sending sFlow, NetFlow, or IPFIX to Flowtriq equals one flow source.
Do I need to license my entire network bandwidth?
No. You pay per node or per flow source. A 3-router network costs the same whether you're pushing 10G or 100G.
What's the default retention?
7 days for PCAP data. Need more? Contact us for extended retention pricing.
